Software for one trade: locksmiths

LockCommand is an AI receptionist, dispatch, customer texts and payments in one app, made only for solo mobile locksmiths and dispatch shops in the United States.

A lockout isn't a plumbing ticket

General field service apps are built for every trade at once, so they fit none of them closely. Locksmith work has its own rules, and the software should know them.

Quotes depend on the lock and the car

A car lockout price changes with the year, make and model. A rekey changes with the number of cylinders. The software has to ask those questions, not a generic “describe your issue”.

Proof of ownership is part of the job

Few trades have to check ID before they start work. We built ID, proof and signature into the job instead of leaving it to a camera roll.

The busiest calls come at night

Lockouts don't wait for office hours. The phone has to be answered at 2 a.m., with the after-hours price, by something that doesn't get tired.

You get paid at the curb

Most jobs are paid on the spot. That means pay links by text and cash recorded on site, not invoices that sit for 30 days.

What we won't do

Product decisions, written into how LockCommand works, not promises in a sales call.
  • We won't take a cut of your payments

Customers pay into your own Stripe, Square or PayPal, or your own pay links. The money never passes through us and we charge no processing fee.

  • We won't let the AI make up prices

The AI receptionist quotes only the ranges in your price book. If a job isn't there, it says a tech will confirm the price.

  • We won't sell your data

We don't sell personal information, and we don't use your customers' details for our own marketing.

  • We won't lock you into a contract

Plans are monthly. Cancel in your Google Play or App Store subscriptions and your plan runs to the end of the month you paid for.

  • We won't build for every trade

LockCommand is for locksmiths in the US. Saying no to plumbers and electricians is how every screen stays about your work.

  • We won't hide behind a ticket form

Email [email protected] and a person reads it. Prices change only with at least 30 days' notice.

Where we are

LockCommand is in early access. Shops join by email while the Google Play listing gets ready. Setup is the same for everyone: price book, greeting, hours, number, techs and payment accounts. The how it works page walks through it.

The prices on this website come from the same table the app bills from, so the two can't disagree. When something changes, this site changes with it.

JANZAY LLC is the company behind the app. Write to [email protected] for anything at all.

Let the AI pick up.
You pick the lock.

LockCommand is opening to locksmiths now. Email us and we'll get your shop set up.
