No statewide locksmith license that we could find. Massachusetts has no locksmith board, and the last licensing bill we found (H.3742, 2011 to 2012) didn't pass. A 2025 bill (H.1562) is about notice when locksmiths change locks at rentals, not licensing. Confirm with the Division of Occupational Licensure.
